    We offer a range of photo booth rental options to suit any corporate event. The modern photo booth is great if you desire physical prints. The 360-photo booth is good if you want cinematic videos, the mini selfie photo booth is great for branding and events with a small footprint. The AI booth is a great conversation piece. In short you have quite a few options! All booths have some customizable branding options to fit your occasion.
  • How much space does the photo booth need at my event?
    Our photo booths are designed to fit in a variety of spaces. Generally, we recommend around 10x10 feet for an open-air booth or 360 photo booths, which includes space for props, a backdrop, and room for guests to gather. For the mini selfie photo booths, we need a smaller footprint, typically around 6x6 feet.
  • Can the photo booth be customized with my branding?
    Absolutely! We offer full customization options, including branded backdrops, photo strip designs, and digital overlays featuring your logo or event theme. Some photo booths can even be wrapped in your branding. Whether you’re hosting a corporate gala or a trade show, we’ll make sure your brand is front and center in every shot!
  • How do guests receive their photos?
    All photo booth rental options offer instant digital photos via text message, airdrop and QR scan. Guests will receive high-quality printed photo strips immediately after taking their photos if a print option is chosen. We also offer instant social media sharing, so attendees can post their photos to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter with a custom hashtag or your event’s branded page. It’s a great way to expand your brand's reach!
  • Do you provide an attendant for the photo booth rental?
    Yes, each of our photo booths comes with the option of having professional attendant who will be present throughout the event to assist with setup, guide guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Our attendants ensure that your guests have the best possible experience while maintaining the flow of the event.
  • How long can we rent the photo booth for?
    We offer flexible photo booth rental packages, including hourly rates or full-day options. Whether you need the photo booth rental is for a few hours during your trade show or an entire evening for your corporate gala, we can tailor the rental duration to suit your event’s needs.
  • Can the photo booth be set up for outdoor events?
    Yes, we can set up photo booths for outdoor events as long as the weather permits. We ensure that the booth is properly protected from rain and other weather conditions. If your event is outdoors, just let us know, and we’ll bring all the necessary equipment to ensure a seamless experience.
  • How far in advance do we need to book a photo booth?
    We recommend booking your photo booth as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for larger events or peak seasons. Quite a few clients book a year in advance. Typically, booking at least 1-2 months in advance is doable, but we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
  • What parts of Arizona, Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois do you serve?
    Photo booth rentals are available in the following cities in Arizona: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Flagstaff, Avondale, Glendale, Goodyear, Peoria, Flagstaff, Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa. Photo booth rentals are available in the following cities in Indiana: South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Michigan City, Merrillville, Hammond, Schererville, and Portage. Photo booth rentals are available in the following cities in Michigan: Niles, Benton Harbor, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and Holland Michigan. Photo booth rentals are available in the following cities in Illinois: Harvey, Dalton, Frankfort, and Chicago.
  • How do I book a photo booth?
    1. Complete the form above providing as much information as possible. 2. We will contact you to confirm your request and availability. 3. After verifying your request, we will send you a link to submit your deposit for the rental. Reservations are only finalized after the deposit is received. 4. Once your deposit is received, we will send you another link to select your digital overlay for the pictures/videos. 5. The final payment is due prior to the photo booth setup for your event.
  • How much do I need to deposit to reserve my booking date and time?
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a booking slot.
  • Do you provide an onsite specialist during the event?
    Yes, we can. The Pose & Print and Spin & Grin packages include one or two onsite attendants. An onsite attendant can be added to the Drop & Roll package for an additional $100 per hour.
  • Can I order more than one photo booth package?
    Absolutely! Companies often order more than one type of booth for their corporate events. Please contact us for special pricing.
  • Can I receive a copy of the photos or videos after the event?
    Yes, digital copies of both photos and videos can be provided upon request up to seven days after your event. You can then download and store these on your local device.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    You can cancel your photo booth reservation at any time however the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Can I customize the backdrop or props?
    Yes, you can customize your backdrop however feel free to choose from any of our prop packages that will suit your event. Additional charges may apply.
